WINDOW CLEANING
GUTTER CLEANING

Dirty and blocked gutters are unsightly and can cause a number of problems for your property. We can clean and unblock them when we come to clean your windows, or we can come just to clean your gutters.

CAMERA REPORTS

We use professional wireless digital camera and telescopic inspection poles to record images of the insides of the gutters. We can view hoppers, gulleys and into the tops of downpipes in this way and record the images onto a hard drive. Video can be taken to provide illustrations of gutters before and after cleaning. All this information can be supplied to clients electronically or on disc.

SOLAR PANELS
IMG_0010.JPG

You’ve probably paid a lot of money for your solar panels to increase your financial reward, however many homeowners don’t maximise their return by neglecting to keep their panels pristine clean, which in turn minimises the amount of energy generated.

Solar Panels are similar to the windscreen in your car, the windscreen gets dirty due to inclement weather and the dirt which accumulates in rainwater. To maximise visibility you switch on your wipers. To maximise their efficiency, solar panels need to be kept immaculately clean.

Solar Panels should be cleaned once or twice a year depending on weather variables. It’s important to ensure they are clean as winter approaches, as it gives the best chance of panels capturing the fading sunlight.

CONSERVATORY

When cleaning your conservatory we clean the side panels with our Reach & Wash System, as we clean all of the other windows in your house. However, when cleaning the conservatory roof we tackle this in a different manner.

Due to the heavy soiling that can occur on a conservatory roof, we use a special detergent to break the dirt and grease from the roof and use our purified water to scrub and rinse each panel.

Regular conservatory roof clean will maintain a clear visual ensuring the build-up of leaves, foliage etc will be kept to a minimum. Contact us to ask about both our one-off and regular conservatory roof cleaning prices

FASCIA SOFFIT
IMG_0007.JPG

Fascia & Soffit cleaning remains one of our most popular services across domestic properties. If your property is looking a little tired, then a fascia and soffit clean can really brighten things up. As part of our fascia and soffit cleaning services, we always also clean down the outside of your guttering so everything will look nice, bright and clean.

In most cases, after we have cleaned, your fascias, soffits and guttering will look good as new.

The only time this may not be the case is if the wood or plastic underneath the dirt we take off, isn’t in good order. Even if that is the case once we’ve removed all the dirt and algae, we’re sure you will be impressed with the results.
